Yes, my brother is a life long music fan and actually sang for a while in a local rock steady band. As for the band name, I originally want something Indian-tinged.... Like The Ghandarvas (already take)... then settled on Elephant for while in hommage to Ganesha. But then discovered there was a already and Elefant... So, though of the Stone Roses' Elepant Stone. Voila.
I really enjoyed this. I hadn’t known you were in The High Dials until now. New Devotion had so many great songs. I used to have "Fields In Glass" on repeat. It's a timeless song—it could come out today and still feel completely at home in 2026.
